Russ Hall began his career in network marketing as one of the first IT computer programmers in the newly established International Development Department of a company that is now the largest international network marketing company in the world.
After spending nearly 20 years working in 23 countries as an IT programmer, corporate problem solver, and ultimately ending up as the Managing Director of Latin America, he left the company with his mind set on learning more. Over the next nine years, Mr. Hall worked with, consulted with, and learned from, the business strategies of many companies in the industry. The experience he gained by working inside of these companies and outside with the IBO's, became an invaluable 30 year lesson.

Mr. Hall chose to open the doors to ENZACTA in Mexico because of his love of the people and culture. After living with his family in Mexico and developing other Latin American markets, he saw the compassion and importance of the family unit within Mexico. While living in Monterrey with his family, he became involved in the community by serving as president of the American Chamber of Commerce in Monterrey, president of the American Society in Monterrey, President of the American School, and also the leader of the industry's largest company in Latin America. He understood Latin America. Now, years later, he felt he was coming home to the best place to create a family unit with ENZACTA. With just a handful of employees he began to fulfill his dream to redefine the industry worldwide and open the doors to endless opportunity for anyone willing to come on board.
Trying to use all of his new gained knowledge to make the industry better, he developed the innovative Multidimensional Marketing (MDM) concept for which a new model was born in the industry. The concept is based on sharing with IBO's the profits from all of the sources created by the company without having to be a shareholder. In order for this to work, understanding change and competition is imperative and the need to explore all venues of marketing so that more income can be generated wisely and thus shared, allowing IBO's a chance to achieve more financial success.
When Mr. Hall was first introduced to this amazing product, he immediately recognized that there was nothing in the world that performed the way this product did. He thought what a story the world was missing. Here, the Lord had given us rice for food but maybe he had also given it to us for more than just something to eat. Cultivated in Thailand, he named the first version of this product alfa PSP FORTE after Polysaccharide Peptides. At this time, you could not find Polysaccharide Peptides for sale anywhere in the marketplace. alfa PSP FORTE began to be recognized as a leading product in the world. Thousands of testimonials began to come in about the product. One thing that became very important to Mr. Hall was to never allow anyone to surpass this product and its unique technology. Using the idea of KAIZEN, which is the Japanese word for continuous improvement, Mr. Hall vowed to continue investing in the research and maximizing the benefits of alfa PSP FORTE which eventually became the alfa PXP FORTE we all know today. People in the Philippines were very aggressive about wanting to launch alfa PXP FORTE in their country. It was a great opportunity to open ENZACTA's first expansion market, especially in Asia, where people truly know the benefits of rice. ENZACTA went directly against the nutrition market and rice market. Amazingly, with rice being the most consumed food, people still wanted the benefits of ENZACTA's rice product. The results were fabulous and proved that even when people had a choice, they still chose our product for better nutrition. The product works for them. And, while many companies big and small have not had much success in the Philippines, ENZACTA continues to this day to grow and be profitable from our great product. Today, much of the management for our rice research, production, and quality control, is in the Philippines.
The goal of the company is to be the best of the best and be recognized for its unique Bio Ready products. A product consisting of Humic and Fulvic acid was brought to the marketplace by ENZACTA. This product originates from the United States and is so unique that you could build a company alone with just this product. Studies in animals and humans have found that Humic Acid is rich in minerals and aids in the defense and protection against viruses. This product uses a unique process during production that allows it to become more Bio Ready available. The elimination of clay from the Humic is a key factor in its bio availability. In 2009, when the world was faced with a major influenza outbreak, ENZACTA set a record in sales and became widely known in countries we didn't even do business in for this amazing product. There was excitement that surrounded the opening of ENZACTA in Barcelona, Spain. ENZACTA has entered the European market which now gives Mexican IBO's a chance to expand their business into Europe through a Spanish speaking country. While Spain may be Spanish speaking, every IBO in the world has a chance to build a business in Europe no matter what the language. ENZACTA's products are EU approved and available in each EU country.
Again, the best of the best was discovered. This product originates from Europe. ENZACTA acquired a very unique product with its Omega 3 because it has both an oxidant and antioxidant. This is where the ENZACTA term Bio-Oxidant comes from. All Omega 3's are oxidants. When consumed, the ENZACTA product becomes an antioxidant. The opening of the US market was a significant launch because strategically we already had a presence in Mexico, Asia, and Europe. The US was now our next challenge. As with all markets the flagship product alfa PXP FORTE was launched along with alfa ENERGY. The company located itself in Spring Park, MN and chose an office overlooking beautiful Lake Minnetonka. The US market has created an expansion of the Spanish speaking market as well as the non Spanish speaking market.
To our pleasure, and very unique, a significant part of the US business is in an area unheard of by many and known as the Amish Community. This community with its natural values and strong beliefs has adopted alfa PXP FORTE as their product of choice for its health benefits for their families and even their horses that continue today to be a valuable part of their existence-
ENZACTA is on the move! Market expansion has become a major source of growth and the MDM business model highlights this as a necessary part of bringing more growth to IBO's.
